The Assistant Room is a global organisation that provides support resources to personal assistants, executive assistants and chief of staff around the world. Their main products include a professional membership platform that includes learning and development, in-person events, online events, and a concierge desk, as well as headhunting for senior executive assistants and chief of staff for high-profile individuals. The company was founded in 2016 and had plans to acquire an office space before the pandemic.

The Challenge

The Assistant Room was in the process of acquiring their first office space before the pandemic hit. After the pandemic, they decided to go on the hunt for another office space but encountered challenges finding the right office space that aligned with the company's vision.
