A red brick beauty from the 1950s in the buzzing creative district of Punavuori - our very own Mothership - which opened its doors in Feb 2016. The Mothership comprises six floors and over 2242 sqm of space, featuring among other perks a restaurant and bar Hills Dumplings, a sauna and inner courtyard complete with an pop up garage we rent out for cool projects. Mothership can house up to 300 members.

Workspaces that fulfil your wishes in the heart of Punavuori

Pieni Roobertinkatu 9 has a bright and colourful staircase that leads to the second floor and the heart of MOW Mothership. That is, if you make it past the best dumplings in town that the restaurant Hills Dumplings serves to the hungry office workers on our first floor.

Behind the Front Desk, you will find Irene and Jasmin who are there to help you. Here to serve are also IT and our captain Sonja who are happy to receive any ideas related to developing our community and premises, and they also put ideas into practice. Together as a team, we are building the office of the future.

Meetings and encounters

The second floor is open to all, and from there you will also find the large MOW Arena and its kitchen. There you can organise customer events as well as company parties for larger crews, too. In addition, downstairs houses a full dozen of meeting rooms of different shapes and sizes. They are available for our members as well as others to use. In case a meeting room is empty, you can use it as you will, and making subject-to-charge reservations is also cheaper for members. Every week, one of our meeting rooms becomes a gym, and we have just started our 15-minute long meditation sessions, as requested by the MOW folks in Mothership. And if you love naps, we have just the thing for you: a nap room with hammocks!

The third floor houses our Fixed Desk members and floors three to five have space for the Hot Desking members. On the fourth floor you'll find a quiet coworking room - Silent Space, and you can find our second kitchen on the fifth floor. If you only require workspace every now and then, you are welcome during the hub’s opening hours with a Day-Pass.

What is a coworking hub?

Well, we don’t exactly know what it means either but if you want something more than only facilities from your workplace, we can guarantee that you can always find company from among the MOW Crew and our members, if you feel like it. When you need a creative break, you can stop and enjoy watching a live stream of the latest online sensation animal or pick weeds from our joint urban garden on our courtyard, among other things. Cool!
