No. 70-71 Wells Street was built in 1869 as a church school. It then became a haberdashery in 1925, a photography studio in 1970, and is presently an office building(2018). The three-storEy Tudor-style construction exhibits mid-Victorian craftsmanship. This building has recently undergone refurbishment, producing a sophisticated internal atrium with original features that serve as a respectful reminder of its past.
The lower ground floor of the historic school offers spacious rooms, heated desk/phone rooms, period features, and modern amenities including a dedicated 10GB fibre line and air-conditioning. The space is 2800 square feet and includes a main office, private toilets and showers, a private kitchen, a lounge, three large conference rooms, and four smaller meeting/hot desk spaces. The area has been recently remodeled and maintained to high standards.
