Guangzhou offers a great deal of entertainment options for both travellers and residents. The Pearl River Night Cruise takes in some of these and is a fun evening activity in its own right. Guangzhou has three famous bar streets: Binjiang Lu, Huanshi Lu and Bai e Tan, and there are a great variety of restaurants as well - the largest number of restaurants per capita in China.

Transport Information

The Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport offers 123 scheduled flights throughout China and around the world. The airport is situated approximately 28km from the city centre and is easily reached thanks to the wide variety of airport shuttle buses and metro lines running from the airport to surrounding areas. The city has three train stations which offer easy access to the various districts, and there is a long distance bus service which travels through the city and to surrounding regions regularly.
